This week, ICFF, the big furniture fair in NY, shows African-inspired furniture in their cultural exhibit Intense African Decor. African textiles showed up in abundance on the Spring 10 runways, as seen in this post on Marc Jacob’s Spring line.

Boxing Kitty features a full collection of African printed separates, and Wafrica creates a really interesting cross-cultural clothing line using African textiles to make kimonos.
