Le Palais Bulles was the setting for Christian Dior’s Resort 2016 collection in the physical sense and the inspirational. The 28 bedroom home with futuristic-ish details and bubble portholes was purchased by Pierre Cardin in 1989 to be the backdrop for collections and parties. This season, Raf Simons wanted to go back to the iconic spot. Simons debuted his new bubble dress in the collection, pictured first, along with some other intricately detailed pieces to create a beautifully abstract line that sat perfectly with its surrounding.
